I came here specifically for Halo Halo because I love ube ice cream, but it was very disappointing. The halo-halo came with vanilla ice cream instead of ube & when I was later told they don’t offer ube ice cream. This should have been clearly communicated before ordering. There was only a tiny ring of ube around the cup, very little jelly & just a couple of buko pieces. Overall, it felt incomplete & poor value for money. The pork & rice was okay, but nothing memorable. With so many better Filipino restaurants at Westpoint, this place doesn’t stand out. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for desserts.

VALUE FOR MONEY: 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My family ordered Set A: 1 crispy pata, 2 chicken inasal, 3 pork skewers, 1.5L soft drink, small cups of soup, and we replaced the chips option with rice (3 serves), of course. We spent $65 for the entire set. Portions are average, but we were able to share between 3 people and had decent amount of leftovers. FLAVOUR & QUALITY: 8/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1) Chicken Inasal & Pork bbq: Both were very tasty. Flavour is pretty close to Mang Inasal, in my own opinion. They also give you chicken oil and sauces to go with it, but even without the sauces, it’s already good. I’ve had many Filipino barbecues in Sydney, and this is one of the best in terms of flavour. BUT, the chicken was not cooked well — still a bit raw inside. 2) Crispy Pata: Nice flavour and it was crispy, but it tasted like it’s been cooked a few times, or cooked much earlier than when it was served. We also observed that some customers were served with the whole pata, but we were served with chopped up meat 🤷‍♀️. SERVICE: 9/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1) Customer service: Staff are friendly and managed expectations well in terms of waiting time, and food was served hot. There’s also a sink to wash your hands and they provide hand gloves if you want to eat with your hands. 2) Waiting time: It took about 20 minutes for our food to be served. ATMOSPHERE: 9/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It feels like you’re in a small restaurant in the Philippines, with OPM also playing in the background. A bit crowded due to small space, but hopefully they can expand in the future!

Had a lunch with my friend here and we ordered kutsinta which by the way has a hair in it and less cheese now unlike before. I was ordering pork belly but the cashier said it’ll be available after lunch. Like wow, and then she suggested I ordered pork skewers so I did and I’m not happy with it. It’s hard like it’s overcooked. Too marinated if I may add. We always go here before because of the food. But now, I’m not too sure anymore.

Went here for dinner tonight. Food was great. The bbq chicken and pork skewers were tasty and were cooked perfectly. The staff were also accommodating. Nice experience overall. 10/10

Insects in my food! Thank you Barbeque Grill house for the EXTRA CRUNCH in my lumpia sariwa - the INSECTS (found 3) were a surprise treat. A true farm to table experience 🙄 In all seriousness, the lettuce did not appear washed as it was partially covered in dirty and insects.
