We booked a Saturday lunch here as a reward for completing the walk from Taronga Zoo and it was magnificent. The setting, of course, can’t be beat, especially if you book early and get a window seat overlooking the Harbour. Staff were superb, and had excellent knowledge of the menu items and dietary issues. Food turned up pretty fast, even though it was quite busy, and was just superb. We both had a perfectly cooked fish - the grilled snapper and chargrilled swordfish - along with the roast potatoes. Desserts were also excellent. There’s a small but decent range of beers, wines by the glass and mocktails. For the price, this was a fantastic value meal.

An absolutely wonderful lunch experience with beautiful food, stunning views and a lovely atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive, patient and welcoming throughout the entire experience. The food itself is exceptional quality and offers a really unique culinary experience with flavours that feel refined and thoughtfully curated. I highly recommend the Coral Trout — it was outstanding. If I was to offer one piece of constructive feedback, it would be that the restaurant felt slightly too warm inside. With the sun and indoor temperature combined, it became a little stuffy at times. That said, during winter it would probably make for a very cosy dining experience — you could definitely get away with lighter clothing indoors! Overall, a beautiful experience and somewhere I would happily return to.

The atmosphere strikes that rare balance between sophisticated and welcoming, making it an ideal spot for any occasion. ​The food was truly great—every dish was prepared to perfection, showcasing fresh ingredients and wonderful flavors that left us thoroughly impressed. ​However, the true highlight of our visit was the service. A special mention must go to Lily, who was the absolute star of the day. Her warmth, courtesy, and incredible patience did not go unnoticed. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her genuine hospitality made our outing feel truly exceptional. ​If you’re looking for fantastic food paired with a beautiful setting and top-tier service, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to return!

One of my favourite lunch spots, the bistro here is a must try. Been coming here for over 20 years. Lunch today was excellent yet again! The special wagyu beetroot salad was 10 out of 10, what a way to start! For mains we had the lamb rump which was so tender and that salsa verde was so flavoursome, you must try this dish. The steak de frites was a bit disappointing but fries were great, so will try something else next time. The deserts were so good, highly recommend the strawberry eton mess and the crème caramel. The coffee is great too. One of the best lunch spots in Sydney.

We had our wedding reception at Bathers' Pavilion, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue. From the very beginning, Ray was incredibly supportive throughout the planning process, ensuring every detail was organised and everything stayed on track. The moment we stepped into the venue, we knew we had made the right choice. The space was absolutely stunning, and everything came together even more beautifully than we had imagined. Ray went above and beyond to make our day truly special. His clear and consistent communication made the entire planning process so easy and stress-free, and we always felt confident that we were in good hands. On the night of our reception, Ray was there making sure everything ran seamlessly. He regularly checked in on us to see if we needed anything, made sure our guests were comfortable, and genuinely cared about making our celebration as memorable as possible. His attention to detail, professionalism, and kindness did not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for everything he did. The food was exceptional, the drinks were fantastic, and the service from the entire team was outstanding. Every one of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how incredible the experience had been. Thank you, Ray, and the entire Bathers' Pavilion team, for making our wedding reception so unforgettable. We truly couldn't have asked for a better team or a more beautiful place to celebrate one of the most important days of our lives.
