Amazing food and coffee. Has become a favourite on a Wednesday when working in the area. The Bayan Special is the best because of the fresh cooked tenderloins, peri peri sauce.
Wow! This local gem is a must to visit. Is has that old school corner shop feel, which brings back memories of when I was a kid. All the ingredients are fresh (they even grow their own mint and parsley in the backyard!!) My dish was the Zataar, labna with fresh vegies. It was fantastic. My mate had the double cheese with zataar on top. The owner stated that they shred 3 types of cheeses fresh, and let me tell you, it comes through on the cheese pizza. You can really taste it. Perfect. They also do great coffee as well. Gets really busy so if you are taking away, I recommend calling ahead. Definately will be coming here more often. The place is super clean as well. 10/10
Great tasting food, most of all the place is super clean and tidy, i often make my route past Bayan & Co even from the Central Coast.
Bayan specials is one of the best wrap i had in a while, all the way from kingsgrove to this place and went meet the owner. They seems good and honest business owner, and manoosh is exemplary quite fantastic.
