Visited at 1:30 AM and unfortunately, my order was forgotten. Ended up waiting 45 minutes, which was frustrating—especially that late at night. The two staff on duty were clearly doing their best, juggling a flood of nonstop delivery orders, staff were doing their best, but it’s obvious they were understaffed. If you’re in a hurry, I’d recommend heading to McDonald’s instead—at least you know what to expect. That said, when the food finally arrived, it was absolutely fabulous—no complaints on taste or quality. Amazing burger and chips, value for money. Management really needs to step up and provide more staff during busy hours, even late at night, to improve customer service and reduce these delays.
Very disappointing experience! I ordered a burger, and it arrived incomplete. When I contacted the restaurant, the staff were unprofessional and told me to “call back in half an hour.” Honestly, one of the worst experiences, and it’s embarrassing to see such poor customer service. Would not recommend. 👎
came right after opening so it was pretty quiet. the food was very flavourful and ingredients were well balanced. it was not dry in the slightest (which is a problem i have for sandwiches) and id say it was somewhat worth the pricing! note for introverts: i had to order myself at the counter so do what you will with that information
Yesterday, I ordered their Uber eat. The quantity delivered did not match what I ordered. One piece of French fries was missing. I ordered a large portion of chicken nuggets but the same quantity as the small portion. I also ordered Magic Mushrooms The taste is very salty. The taste is very dry and hard. It looks like the leftovers from frying. It is sold to customers. The chicken tastes very dry.
