Worst experience. Went there to order some food for dine in and put the order through the kiosk at 1:00AM, waited there for 35 mins didn’t get food and went to ask the staff they said coming in 3 mins but had to wait for another 10 mins and one of the staff said the dine in is closed. Asked the wrap without tomato and tomato was still there and the chicken was undercooked. Would never recommend to anyone. Customer service has to be improved and the staff needs to get trained properly..had to bin the foods as you see chicken was undercooked.
I usually don’t leave negative reviews for restaurants, but this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with Broster. The staff were unprofessional and seemed poorly trained. This time I received burnt chicken, and last time my biryani had only one small piece of mutton. Very disappointed.
Ordered from Broaster Chicken online and had a great experience. The food arrived hot, fresh, and well-packaged. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor, and the portions were generous. Delivery was on time, and everything tasted amazing. Will definitely order again!
I ordered crispy wings on Uber Eats, and they were so yummy. Highly recommend.
The fried wings were crispy and tasted pretty good, but when I specifically asked for mid wings, the staff said yes. However, they only served drumettes (the small chicken legs). I clearly told them I don’t like drumettes and wanted the middle part, but they still gave me only drumettes. Very disappointed. I won’t be coming back again.
