Great friendly service and atmosphere overlooking Monro Park. Prices were what you'd expect in Cronulla. Our pizzas were tasty although the dough seemed under-cooked and floury. The dessert was under-whelming. My "ricotta cheesecake" was dry grounded Biscoff with clumps of chewy ricotta on top. Weirdest dessert ever. My friend said her tiramisu tasted great but was a little dry.
Our group of ladies looked forward to a leisurely long lunch and we enjoyed just that on Saturday. We had pre-booked however it was quieter than we had expected (which we appreciated). The staff were lovely, very welcoming, attentive and friendly. We were offered a table on the indoor terrace which was warmed for winter. Staff opened the windows upon request so we could enjoy the fresh air while overlooking the park as it was a sunny winter's day. Cocktails and wine ordered, we grazed through shared plates progressively ordered over a few hours. We were not rushed to have all our dishes ordered immediately upon seating, so food arrived progressively during the afternoon which was so refreshing and enjoyable. The breads were delicious and each dish sampled was light and tasty. Waitstaff intuitively offered to increase the portions on shared plates ordered, so everyone in our group was able to enjoy a portion - no-one missed out or had to 'share half a taste'. We also enjoyed a fabulous light fluffy crust pizza. Great job chefs - it was a really delightful meal, with great cocktails and thanks for the wonderful service from your team. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Call Me Mumma.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had such a fantastic experience at Call Me Mama. The food was exceptional, the service was friendly and attentive, and everything was very well priced for the quality. The standout dish was the sourdough-crumbed Wagyu steak - absolutely to die for. Perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and unlike anything I’ve had before. Every dish we ordered was beautifully presented and delicious. The staff were welcoming and made the whole experience even better. Great food, great service, and great value. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back! ✨🍴🤍
Located on the second floor of Parc Pav, Call Me Mamma offers a vibrant atmosphere and generous portions, making it a great spot for group dinners. Dining as a group of four, we shared five entrées, three mains, and one side and left satisfied. Standout dishes included the scallop special and the lamb rigatoni, both packed with flavour and beautifully executed. The house bread is also worth ordering, simple but delicious. On the flip side, the octopus carpaccio was underwhelming, lacking the flavour and complexity we were hoping for. Service was a bit inconsistent. While friendly, many of the waitstaff seemed quite young and at times overly eager and clearing plates too quickly. Overall, Call Me Mamma delivers quality food and a lively dining experience, though a bit of fine-tuning in the service could elevate it further.
I recently had my 50th Birthday celebrations in the private room at Call me Mumma. I had a wonderful time and cant fault anything! The food, service and atmosphere were all amazing. Bella and Emmy in particular were both so friendly and attentive and I didnt have to worry about anything other than having a fabulous day!
