Been coming here for 22 years and the chicken is always juicy and fresh. The chips are amazing, and everything is cooked fresh to order. Great value too, you can feed a family for under $35, with generous portions.
Great tasting traditional charcoal chicken. Beautiful crunchy chips seasoned well. Garlic dip is powerfully and should be eaten sparingly but awesome value.
I really don’t like giving bad reviews and I pride myself on always been honest and fair. Therefore if you love traditional charcoal chicken with all the classic salads, baked dishes hamburgers and rolls then your going to love this chicken shop but unfortunately from personal experience not just from myself but all my carers, friends and family we have all had bad experiences with the staff, they are not patient and rush you to place your order, if there is a mistake it usually takes awhile to fix. I recommend you avoid the rush hour of lunch if you have dietary restrictions so you can possibly place your order with some ease.
Top shelf charcoal chicken with friendly staff. Always happy to see you, polite and great service. Chickens are tasty, nice size and good for a couple of meals or one big one. Had an awesome chicken snitty roll and gravy, highly recommended. Will keep coming back.
Unfortunately, I forgot to take any decent photos. I have to say, the hot chips were very very very good, in all honesty I have to say one of the best hot chips I’ve ever had. The oil was fresh, you could taste it - and it wasn’t overly oily. The let down was the fact they only put a tiny amount of chicken salt on the top of the chips and nowhere else throughout the pack (reason I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5) service also could’ve been better and chicken filling is a little on the flavourless side. However, one of the top charcoal chicken joints I’ve been to. Price is also great! Well done 👌
