This place is worth the hype! We lined up here around 1 pm and honestly, the food and service was great! Defs try the choc pb cookie, crab mafaldine, scallop pasta, wagyu udon, truffle fries & beef rendang pasta! The only miss for me was the chicken waffle but others liked it. We were seated outdoors and you can kinda smell the fertilizer. P.s. they charge an extra 7% on weekends.

Such a hidden gem tucked away in a terrace house. The space is quiet, cozy, and beautifully styled with dark wood tones, greenery, and soft lighting, perfect for a slow brunch, especially on a rainy day. The Asian fusion brunch dishes are thoughtfully done and full of flavour, with unique options you don’t usually find elsewhere. Everything felt comforting yet elevated. Loved the calm atmosphere and low-key vibe, it’s the kind of place you want to linger, chat, and take your time. Definitely a spot I’d come back to and recommend if you’re after something cozy and a little different.

I enjoyed the food here. The crab mafaldine was cooked al dente and went well with the chilli oil. The crab omelette was filled with crab meats and cooked soft and fluffy. Came with thick toast. I liked the outdoor seating area as it was better lit compared the indoor seating area. It was busy but the staff did their best to accomodate to our needs.

My biggest issue with this cafe is that when we asked for sharing plates, we were informed by a staff that they “don’t allow/provide sharing plate”. I have never been to a restaurant in my 26 years of existence where I’ve been discouraged from sharing my food in a neat and tidy manner. We ordered two dishes and first one arrived before the other and we were just forced to have the plate in the middle of our table whilst each person just has to lean forward to scoop up pasta whilst trying not to get the food and sauce all over the table…. Imagine if families came with children and you tell them you don’t provide sharing plates and extra cutlery??? Secondly, obviously each to their own when it comes to taste, but the truffle hotcake was just NOT it. The flavour of the hot cake mixed with the truffle sauce does not go together at all, it’s like someone accidentally poured mushroom sauce that’s meant to go on a steak but onto a hot cake instead. Lastly, the way tables are called is very poor. We had to put our name down and write how many people. There were multiple names on the list not crossed off but also no one was there waiting. There were just my party of two, and another party of 4 waiting for a table - note we put our name down well before this table of 4. Staff came out to call names out which were not there, they all happen to be tables for 2 people. So imagine staff calling “Dee table for 2, Ashley table for 2”… no answer. Then she just turns around to the party of 4 who arrived later than us, and led them inside for a table. ??????? You’ve been calling tables for 2 this whole time but then somehow decides to skip our table of 2 when we’re literally next on the list and standing right in front of you? Overall terrible service and overpriced below average food. Scallop pasta was alright I guess.

Can’t fault the food here it was really good and the reason I’ve been back. Coffee here is great too. First time I went we had table service which was nice. Second time they told us to order at the counter. A bit confusing with the switch up and defs a better experience when you can order at the table. Plenty of seating available.
