Great little place in Crow's Nest. We were craving some burger from a non-chain restaurant and decided to go here. The burger was good and he fries/chips were excellent. When we went there there was only one guy working - taking orders, serving food AND cooking. But there wasn't a lot of customers so the wait was quite quick. He was very polite and professional but on busy days they'd definitely need another staff member. The atmosphere can only be described as too much. The arts on the wall looked cool but made the walls look too busy and unclean. The TV inside blasted some basic electronic musics from 2010s, and it's not helped by the fact that it's not connected to any speaker. I've asked the staff member if he can turn down the volume, and he did. I'd definitely be ordering again but it will be a takeaway.

Food is really good we ordered from uber eats before so wanted to come to restaurant to try more food. However the atmosphere in the restaurant is not good. I think because they mainly server urbers so Alot of ubers drivers were sitting Infront of the restaurant making it unpleasant. The guy who is the receptionist n cashier n server is so busy. He didn't stop. So the service to eat there isn't great. There is no self service tap water you can help yrself with. I feel the place us just simply not set up for serving customer in the restaurant. The empty fridge n cooler makes the place looks sad. The owner should either recreate a more inviting environment to entice people to eat there or just simply save money and have a take away kitchen place. The burgers are really good so are the ribs (which is actually chicken wings) order more cheese sauce. Chilli fries is okay. Onion rings is let down like come straight from freezer pack n fried up. It's ashamed as I can see they spent Alot of deco on the shop. But the vibe is not there. If they have a permanent waiter that stand by counter really helps the mood and get all ubers drivers to stand outside the counter. Set up the tables with plates n culture. Put some drinks on the counter fridge or have it removed. It makes the vibe very daunting and uninviting. Or gave a ticket reader machine place on the window so they know uber drivers know when to come in. Maybe play some good music. Or offer done in diners some incentives to eat it so it makes it more welcoming. Or kids package meal set.. I really would love to come back n eat rather order thru uber but yr poor one man show staff is doing Alot and really never stop . He has good working attitude . Must try if U love burgers probably one of the best burgers just the place not inviting

4/5 stars. We tried the Phat Burger, and it was delicious! The portion was generous, with plenty of chips on the side. The staff was very accommodating and kindly turned up the fan at our table. The burger itself is tasty but it’s quite large as well, so it can get messy if you’re not careful. One downside is that utensils aren’t provided by default, so be prepared to clean your hands and dig in with your fingers!

Food is absolutely stunning. Top 3 burger place in Sydney for sure, the presentation to the taste is absolutely phenomenal. I can’t stop keep ordering them.

If you like to have a cheeseburger with a good quality, it might not be the best one but for one in a time It's good to try if you want a burger that is not in so good quality and be careful what u choose I love meet with cheese only and a beer. The burger here tasted good but too much sauce and its not good with the burger and the tomatoes its too much. The meat is nice but the other salasd with the sauce is too much for the taste. This is my opinion, after I have tried other burgers. And I know how should it be good. And that's it atmosphere is nice. You can seat and have good time here. And that's it right ? They have a VT here. And good painting all over the wall. Come to give a try! Order something nice and see what you like yourself 😉☺️
