Really disappointed with our experience. The customer service was rude and unwelcoming. If you’re serving customers, a little politeness and a smile cost nothing. When we asked for my tea in a glass cup, we were told, “We don’t have glass cups.” For a tea shop, that was quite surprising and didn’t feel like a good excuse. Definitely not the experience we expected, and won’t be coming back.

I really had a very good first experience in chiya hub, the customer service was really good with smiling and polite staff, and the chiya was absolutely the best. I had ginger max small size, but because it was so good, I again ordered another one. Recommended to all the chiya lovers. And food was also yummy. Aloo chap had the nostalgic taste of Nepal. Loved it

Today morning around 9:45, I went to Chiya Hub for a cup of masala chiya, one of the best in Sydney. The tea was warm, flavorful, and refreshing. The customer service was excellent, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and served with a smile. It was a great way to start my day and enjoy a peaceful morning.☕️😊

Honestly, ChiyaHub has hands down the best chiya in Sydney. I had Ginger Max Chiya, the spicy kick from the fresh crushed ginger is perfect and cuts right through the creamy milk tea. It feels so authentic and comforting, plus they serve it piping hot with a hand written sleeve. The vibe inside the shop is really warm and welcoming too. Absolute perfection! ☕✨
