I really enjoyed the dosai here. I never had them before and I didn't really know what it was. But really glad I visited. The meals came out crispy and piping hot. Really warm spice and interesting flavours. The owners were quietly spoken and friendly, the shop had a homely vibe. Would go again.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Dosa House. The food was incredible — full of flavour, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The dosas were perfectly crisp and the curries were rich, authentic, and packed with delicious spices. You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in serving genuine Indian cuisine. The service was also outstanding. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. If you’re looking for amazing Indian food and great service, I highly recommend Dosa House. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!
Authentic Indian - delicious and great value. Had the ghee masala dosai and the chicken curry with rice. Thank you!
Quaint homely place, lovely couple, disposable plates and cutlery, (South Indian) food always made fresh and with love! I have been to this place a few times and tried dosa, vada, idli, coffee. Everything is really good. (Coffee is just OK and too weak to be a south indian filter coffee) Happy Soul, Happy Tummy! After having this freshly steamed idli (lentil+rice dumpling) Returned many times but this one time is special mention coz my work kept me so busy and when it was lunchtime and I got hungry, I only had to walk upto Dosa House to get this yummy Kal Dosa (thick fluffy dosa) with chutney and sambar. Thank you to the kind lady for simple homemade style food
Chill, homey and very cosy hidden gem in Waitara! I was going to go to a different dosa spot further away until I stumbled across this amazing restaurant. Great prices, extremely friendly staff. Saw many regulars come during my time - that’s when you know it’s amazing. I even heard a customer say: your food is so healthy, even my kids love it. Ordered the paneer dosa, ghee channa dosa, mango lassi and chai. Everything was so delicious. Will definitely be back!
