I ordered the chicken and chips and the spicy chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly, juicy inside with a beautiful flavour throughout. The chips were fresh and generous, exactly what you want alongside great chicken. The pickles were a highlight. Crisp, punchy, and balanced the meal perfectly. The grave that came to the spicy chicken was awesome and of course the garlic dip was fantastic. The service was friendly and efficient. Staff at the counter recommended products for me to eat and very helpful. The best part though is the smell when you walk past or step inside. It is unreal. It pulls you in instantly and sets the tone before you even take a bite.

Today I bought a family meal from El Jannah Campbelltown for takeaway, and I had a great experience. The service was incredibly quick. I received my order within a minute. The staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The food was also very good, fresh, and full of flavour. Overall, I was really impressed with both the service and the quality of the food. I will definitely be visiting again soon. Highly recommended!

I can’t believe that you are serving burnt chicken. I just received two charcoal chicken, and was shocked when I opened it and found that I received burnt chicken. My order number was 10 at 5.53 pm El Janna food quality at Campbelltown is completely decreased. I’m so frustrated.

I’ve been here a couple of times during Lunch and they were slow to bring my order out BOTH times. My most recent visit was particularly bad, waiting well over 10 mins for my food. Sure enough, half of it was cold. Definitely the worst El Jannah I’ve been to, and I’ve been to over 10 across Sydney and Melbourne.

Very disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an online order and came to pick it up, but when I got home I realised my drink was missing from the order. I tried to contact the store, but there was no phone number available. I had to search online and use the website chat just to report the issue, which was very inconvenient. The pick-up experience was also frustrating. There was no proper parking available, so I had to park somewhere I shouldn’t have. When collecting my order, the staff did not check the items carefully before handing it over. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of attention to detail and the difficulty of contacting the store when there is a problem made the experience disappointing. I hope the business improves its order checking process and provides a better way for customers to get support. In the end, we just had the meal with water :(
