Came in for lunch and ordered the crispy chicken box and the original box. The fried chicken was nice, however I feel like it could have been cooked longer and more crispier. The burgers were nice, the spice levels were good and the restaurant was nice and clean. Customer service was amazing. Very friendly and helpful.

I really love Al Jannah and usually enjoy their food a lot. But this time I was a bit disappointed. The hot chips portion was much smaller than usual — the box was almost empty 🍟 — and the sauce wasn’t the one I ordered. On the positive side, there’s plenty of parking available, which makes visiting the restaurant convenient 🚗. I still like the place, but I hope they pay more attention to the portions and orders next time.

Made an app order for a family feast and it was delivered and left at our door unattended. We did not have a notification, text or door bell to say it was there. Walked outside to do the rubbish and found 100s of Ants all over our food that had been there for 20+ minutes. Drove to the store and showed the video to the manager who called support for us and delivered amazing service and replaced our order before lodging feedback for us. Was handled well for a poor delivery driver choice

I was here at Gregory hill El Janna, we are in busy lunch hour and 3 staff standing around checking they phone while there is back log of order. Customer service appears to very poor of business has no care factor for service. When staff is standing around chatting it clearly show poor management of the business. There dirty table from previous customer.
