I order from this store on Ubereats all the time, but for the las few weeks - the last four orders, every time both chicken breasts have been pink on the inside and have that undercooked texture. uber doesn't even refund it. Don't know if they've changed anything in their cooking method but its very dissapointing.

Very disappointing experience at Liverpool. Ordered the half chicken deal on 14/01/2026 and the chicken was dry, tasteless, and mostly burnt. I couldn’t eat it. I normally go to their Punchbowl branch which is much better. Would not recommend this Liverpool branch.

Terrible wait times! The chicken was not ready (at a chicken shop). Ordered at 5:22pm and didn't get the food until about 6pm. The photo shows some the frustrated customers (there were a lot more) waiting for over 30 minutes. Definitely won't come back!

Nice place, prices somewhat high. Should lower prices especially for big meals. Tried a request and got rejected which was unreasonable not replace sn item with a same like item. Food is good especially the grilled chicken. Fried chicken needs improvement. Overall, it's a good family friendly place and recommended to adjust prices and customer request support.

I ordered two Family Feasts, and when I received my order, both bags of bread were missing. This was extremely disappointing. My family especially the kids were excited to eat dinner, and the meal felt incomplete without the bread. We spent a total of $235, so this kind of mistake is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I am very disappointed and will not be ordering again.
