The laksa was quite nice. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavour was good. However, it took 50 minutes to prepare.

One of the best Malatang restaurants I’ve been in Sydney. The laksa soup is the best.

I feel like the variety of dishes is quite limited, and the ambiance of the restaurant is pretty average. On such a hot day, they were reluctant to turn on the air conditioning or even the fans. To be honest, the soup base isn’t as good as the ones at the two famous hotpot places in the CBD. The prices are relatively cheap, though. As for the marinated meat, I really have no idea how long it’s been sitting there. Also, could you please label each dish properly? It’s like a blind box—I can’t even tell what kind of meat I’m picking! Updates: During dinner time I had to wait for 30 minutes to get my food, but saw 🙍🏼‍♂️👱🏻‍♂️got their order in less than 10 minutes after they paid? Why? Siao 😅

The staff were friendly, and the restaurant had a clean environment. They had self-service lemon water and condiments at the pickup counter. I noticed some blackened tofu, and they took care of it immediately. It was also a shame that they placed the taro pieces with the other meats and seafood, especially since taro is one of my wife’s favourites. We had the dry pot, and since my wife is a vegetarian who can’t have anything from the Allium vegetables (like garlic and onions), they were very helpful and double-checked everything for her. They also offer discounts for cash payments. We will definitely visit again.

this was the best malatang i’ve ever been to!! their soup base is extremely rich in flavour and it made my tastebuds tingle, and it was the first time i’ve ever actually drank the whole soup base too! the dry malatang is really good too, and there is a wide variety of foods that you can select for your malatang. lots of toppings to choose from, their service is quick and efficient and overall clean space to eat in. their foods are fresh and delicious, and the price is pretty normal. i especially love the pots they put the malatang in; very cute and easy to carry around!! would definitely go again, one of my favourite malatang spots.
