I ordered 3 Biriyani's today, all three were burned...with no flavour. It was like eating charcoal chips. Please stop calling Hyderabadi biriyani...it's not even close to what a Biriyani is. Threw out most of it. It's very sad ...0 stars. Check out the photos. I wont be recommending this place. WORST EXPERIENCE..STOP COOKING PLEASE.

I was really disappointed with the mutton biryani at Grand Paradise. The meat was tough and dry, lacking the tenderness you’d expect. The rice was not properly cooked and didn’t have the rich gravy, fragrant spices that make a good biryani. The overall flavor felt bland and unbalanced. I had high hopes, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to its name or the reviews I’d read. I won’t be ordering it again.

Worst biryani I’ve ever had. The taste was completely off—bland, poorly cooked, and felt like no care was taken at all. Biryani is supposed to be flavorful, but this was just a big letdown. What made it worse was the management. They seemed completely uninterested, like they were sleeping on their responsibilities. No concern for customer feedback, no effort to fix the issue. If you care about taste, quality, and basic customer service, I would strongly suggest avoiding this place.

Worst Indian food I’ve ever had — save your money. I ordered from this place through Uber Eats and paid a total of $36.83, including a $4.20 service fee. I got butter chicken ($19), palak paneer ($12.50), and butter naan ($3.50). What I received was honestly inedible. The butter chicken was salty, oily, and tasted like pre-marinated supermarket chicken tossed into a sauce that had split. It wasn’t creamy or rich like a proper butter chicken should be. I took a few bites and threw the rest away. The palak paneer was even worse — watery, bland, and tasted exactly like the instant packets from Coles or Woolies. The spinach lacked flavour, and the paneer cubes were tiny, rubbery, and not fresh. I’ve eaten the instant versions before — this was identical. I didn’t even finish it. In fact, I forgot to take a photo because I threw it out instantly in disappointment. The naan tasted like one of those shelf naan breads you heat in the microwave. Dry, flavorless, and definitely not tandoor-cooked. I paid over $30 for this meal and couldn’t eat any of it. Total waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — not even my worst enemy (and I don’t even have one).

Went there for Ramadan buffet. Paid $25 per person and had the worst experience ever. It felt like we are not paying for food but getting it as a charity. The lady at the reception would give you a paper plate to have all the food, only when you have made full payment. She was soo slow and was micro managing everybody. All the workers felt afraid of her. For breaking the fast, I asked a worker for a date and he silently requested me to get it myself from the lady at the reception as he was scared of her. Only 5-6 people were infront of me but it took like 15-20mins for my turn as she was so slow in processing the payment. After adhan there were still 10-15 people left in the line. The lady did not even give them dates or water to break their fast. Everyone had to wait for their turn to pay up and break their fast. The food was served cold, only the food which came in the second go was hot. The rooh Afza drink and tea had too much sugar in it, it felt like they have used rooh-afza just to give the drink red colour and the rest is just sugar water. The mandi had no meat in it, apparently it’s just mandi rice. The desert was so bad that it gave me diarrhoea. The lady at the reception was so unprofessional, it felt like she is fresh off the boat and was at the till as she is related to the owner. She just did not micro manage her workers but tried to do the same to the customers as well by making them sit in their particular spots, it felt like everybody was in a kindergarten. I would never go there again in my life nor do I recommend anyone to waste their money there.
