What a great way to spend 3 hours, making cocktails and dumplings! The staff were fantastic, the location was perfect, and it was an easy walk from Kings Cross Station. The two cocktails we made were absolutely delicious, and the dumplings were just as impressive. We made so many, we had to take some home! Such a fun and tasty experience, highly recommend!
Need something fun for date night, taking your parents out for a new experience, or looking for a unique Hens party or group work event? This place has really great food, friendly staff, and multiple different classes you can take if that’s your thing! Everything from bartending to making dumplings, and more! They also have an epic happy hour!! Very close to Kings Cross station and bus stops, but parking is severely limited.
Had an awesome night at Hamilton in Potts Point. Came for a fun school trivia night and the vibe was spot on, great energy, well run and genuinely enjoyable. Staff were excellent, super friendly and on top of everything, and the food was seriously delicious. Will definitely be back.
Did date night cocktails and dumplings - Had an absolutely amazing time, third date with an adorable cutie, so I was already buzzing like a broken cocktail shaker. Our group was awesome, but hey, that’s just the accidental advantage of being a decent human… occasionally and having food krama. Make sure you get Dan Dan — if you don’t, you’re not getting the elite experience and I’d absolutely be asking for a refund or a discount. They were entertaining, engaging, educational, economical, AND they’ve got the endowment and the expertise to make cocktails and dumplings feel downright legendary… like, embarrassingly good.
Had an amazing time at Hamilton where our family took part in the cocktail and dumpling making class. Our host Dan made the experience even better with lots of interesting insight throughout. Couldn’t recommend enough!!!
