I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this venue while planning my wedding. The service was very poor from start to finish. The security staff and waitresses were not respectful and made both us and our guests feel uncomfortable, which is the last thing you want on such an important occasion. The owner was also very difficult to deal with. They kept going back and forth on decisions and couldn’t agree on what we wanted for our wedding, making the whole planning process unnecessarily stressful. On top of that, they were rude to the florist I brought in, which was completely unprofessional. We were also told we could open an additional table for our guests and agreed to pay extra for it. However, the table was never set up, which led to some of our guests having to leave due to lack of space. That was incredibly embarrassing and frustrating. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend this venue to anyone planning an important event.

I was invited yesterday to an engagement party. The food was excellent, whoever cooked must be a very good chef, and the service from the waiters was outstanding and very efficient. Thank you guys from management to floor people you are amazing.

😡😡😡😡Can you please not allow people to stand Infront of the main door because they talk to loud and swearing and they block other people's way and most of the people outside are drunk they come out of the hall drunk so can you please stop those people from doing that next time we'll make a complain to the council.

Steer clear of this place, there is absolutely no parking, they tell you to park at the pub, however the pub don't allow people in their carpark for other function centres

They did not serve well (too bad), there is no plate to ate... etc, the salon it is to crowed also there is no space evin to walk. The DJ is also very bad! Food is may recycles or did not worth it.
