From the moment we entered the staff made us feel valued. It was great. They were so attentive, which contributed with the setting to make the experience feel somewhat sophisticated. The food was excellent. I had a steak and my wife had chicken. I’m not a fan of having to order sides to get any vegetables with my steak, but that seems to be the way in so many better restaurants now. Oh well. This said, the vegetables were perfectly blanched so they still retained crispiness. I really recommend this place.

Have been here a few times and always enjoyed but the most recent visit for Valentine's Day set menu was spectacular. I'm told there is a new chef and the food was outstanding. Perfect balance of generous portions while refined with such attention to detail. Freshly baked bread with warm smoky stracciatella and red onion marmalade, perfectly seared tuna, and a burrata and fig zesty salad to start. Melt in your mouth wagyu and Ocean trout with pippies for mains. Two exquisite desserts - syrupy persian love cake with crunchy nuts and blood orange sorbet and the best chocolate mousse and fine pastry I've had outside of France. We gave the sommelier free reign on matching wines and he wowed us with his knowledge, presenting us with delicious wines that elevated the food to next level. The complimentary take home biscuits were such a lovely touch. Beautiful surroundings and a perfect night - keep up the great work!

So many good reviews for this venue but we found it disappointing. We had to ask for table water and cutlery, the steaks, both kids and adults, tasted like charcoal - no flavour whatsoever - and the frites were cold. For the price we found the meal to be very average

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more magical place to get married (November). From start to finish, our experience with the venue was incredibly special and one we’ll cherish forever. The food deserves a huge mention, it was absolutely delicious. We received so many compliments from our guests and everything was beautifully presented and full of flavour. It truly elevated the entire day and exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the kitchen team and talented chefs, we are very grateful! The food tasting we had prior to the wedding day was incredible too, extremely generous portions. We left rolling out of the venue 😅 The gardens are simply stunning and created the most perfect backdrop for our ceremony and photos. Even with some wet weather on the day, the venue still felt magical and romantic. This is proof of just how beautiful and well cared for the grounds are. A huge thank you to Alisha, our coordinator, who was wonderful to work with. She was calm, organised, approachable and genuinely cared about making our day everything we hoped it would be. Having someone like her guiding us through the process made such a difference. Her recommendations for a charcuterie table ended up being amazing and I’m so glad we took her advice! We also want to acknowledge the owner and his incredible team. When the weather didn’t go to plan, they absolutely went above and beyond. Running around like crazy, adapting on the spot and doing their very best to make sure the day still ran smoothly. Their effort did not go unnoticed and meant so much to us. Like any wedding, there were a few small hiccups along the way and a couple of things the venue could improve on but honestly the day was so beautiful and so full of love that none of that mattered in the end. The magic of the day far outweighed any minor bumps and we wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for giving us such an unforgettable wedding day. We will look back on it with so much joy and gratitude 🤍🤍

Had a light lunch here with a friend before viewing the ArtExpress exhibition. It was a Friday so we booked a table but it wasn't full. We both had a cocktail & a sandwich which were very tasty! There's a good range of things on the menu, including some full meal options, so most dietary restrictions are catered for. Friendly & efficient service. A good option for exhibition attendees.
