Very disappointed with the birthday cake I ordered. The cake looked nothing like the photos shown on the website, and the quality was far below expectations. The decoration was poorly done, the finishing was messy, and it did not feel worth the price $75 at all. I payed $15 extra for chocolate plaque for a special birthday celebration, this was really upsetting. I would not recommend ordering from here if you expect the product to match what is advertised online. The plaque received was written in sharpie which I was told was ‘edible’. What a joke! There are also food quality and safety issues with the fruit that they use, which is wilted and near rotten. They also do not use real cream.

HRT2 HRT in Merrylands is a fantastic find for anyone seeking a truly authentic dining experience. The food is absolutely delicious and captures genuine flavors, all while being served by a warm and friendly staff that makes you feel right at home. I particularly enjoyed the shisha, which added a great vibe to the evening. It is excellent value for money, offering high-quality dishes and a relaxed atmosphere without breaking the bank.

Lovely restaurant with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, The shisha was phenomenal and perfectly prepared. We also had dessert, which was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to end the night. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Quickly grabbed a bottled Coke for takeaway and was charged $5. It was taken straight from the fridge with no service or dine-in experience, which felt quite unreasonable. The cake was reasonably priced, but the drink pricing stood out negatively.

I’m unhappy with my experience at Heart to Heart. We visited with a large group to celebrate my birthday and spent a considerable amount of money on sweets and drinks. When we asked for plastic plates, spoons, and for our birthday cake to be brought out, cut, and served, we were told there would be an extra charge for these items. I understand that businesses may have policies regarding additional items, but I felt uncomfortable being charged for basic serving items, especially after our group had already spent a significant amount of money at the restaurant. We were not asking for free food or drinks—only a few plates, spoons, and serving our birthday cake so that we could enjoy our celebration. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. We had to ask several times before our cake was brought out and the serving items were provided, and the delay affected our celebration. I expected better customer service and a more welcoming experience. For me, keeping customers happy is very important, as good service encourages people to return and continue supporting a business. A small gesture, such as providing a few plates and spoons for customers who have already spent a lot at the restaurant, can make a big difference. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
