Amazing food, the menu has a range of small dishes a la carte or a tasting menu. Excellent service, we got several great recommendations on paired wines. Our favourites were the haloumi and pork belly. We'll be back.

We went to Hume Street Food for a last minute family dinner recently. Really great service from Dan and his team, makes you feel welcome and at ease straight away. The food was delicious (get the albacore banh mi and the prawns!). It's clear they have quality ingredients and know how to put flavours together. The real bonus for us was that they have set up a kids table. I don't mean a kid friendly restaurant (which it is) but a separate table for the kids so you can enjoy an adult dinner too 🥰 highly recommend it! If you don't have kids, there's plenty of spots away from the kids table.

This place has really warm and friendly vibe, with a host who will know your name in no time, a kids table and candles on every table. The service was personable and personalised and you can tell they take a lot of pride in what they do. I really enjoyed the prawns and the cod skewers with beautiful red sticky rice. The signature dessert of banana, pandan and peanut was delicious and really creative. It’s a terrific Crows Nest local!
