Nice friendly staff happy to answer any questions, all though I was a little surprised that I was asked how my meal Was at the end rather than part way through. I ordered a rare to medium wagyu rump. It come out on a cold plate and was lukewarm On the inside. Tasted good tho. Just disappointing a chef doesn’t know to put a steak like this on a hot plate. Got a side of chips with it. The steak knife they bought out would be lucky to cut my wrist and it want a good experience cutting the steak. I would have had more success with a bread a butter knife. When you’re paying $85 for meal and drinks you would expect to get something a bit better than this. A bit of forethought goes a long way. I won’t go back when I can get the same Thing for half the price elsewhere. An I know it will Come Out hot enough to enjoy it
Amazing experience!! Everything perfect, all staffs, food and drinks amazing. Great place to go with friends, also the chef Allan was great with us, would go back for sure!! Thanks guys!!
I’ve been here a few times, but tonight was different! My friend and I were sat outside on saturday night 1/8/26 and was served by this young waitress (i should’ve got her name) who was just sooo attentive and lovely. The other young lady at the front desk was also going above and beyond and the experience was just that much better this time because of those girls!!! To end the night even better, the new apple crumble dessert added on the menu was literally to die for. Everything was perfect even though it was busy ❤️
What an upgrade, it's not tredional Hurricane Absolutely amazing experience at Hurricanes Cronulla Beach! The cocktails were outstanding — beautifully made, delicious, and easily some of the best we’ve had in a long time (Mango Smash Bramble), . The service was just as impressive, with staff who were warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout the whole visit. They made us feel so welcome and really added to the overall experience. Great atmosphere, fantastic drinks, and exceptional service — we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
My main criticism is this. Since the Telstra mobile signal is weak in the restaurant (I have an iPhone 17 with one bar of reception…) - why don’t you offer free guest wifi?? In this day and age, a restaurant like this should offer guest wifi - it’s not cost prohibitive and it is a value add for guests esp. people wanting to work whilst here like me or international travellers here on overseas phone plans. I came here to eat and work for a couple of hours but this makes it VERY hard to do so. So, now I’ll have a beer, some food and instead of staying here a few more hours, I’ll now have to leave and go up to Parc where they actually do offer free guest wifi. Shame as it’s so simple to provide it.
