I’ve come to this restaurant two times, the first time I came the food was pretty nice I wouldn’t say amazing. I do get it’s a chargrill place not an authentic restaurant. Tonight I have gone back into the restaurant thinking it may have gotten abit better since last time. I ordered a mix plate for my wife and I. Also a kids nugget and chips meal all up I spent $90. And it came out with hardly anything on there the portions with everything was so small. The tabouli was not nice, chicken was dry, they only give one bread and make you pay $1 for another even after spending close to $90. Will not be returning especially for the mix plate. Plus side they were nice enough to give a refund after the lady had phoned the manager as they were not present.

I came here around 1am for lunch with my family, and the food was really nice. The chicken was fresh and tasted amazing, and the salad was also very fresh and delicious today. Everything was prepared well and we really enjoyed our meal. Also, the two young boys working there did a very good job with their service. They were polite, friendly, and handled everything really well. Overall, it was a great experience and we’ll definitely come back again!

Seriously delicious charcoal chicken, and the tastiest cauliflower I've had in years! We dined in with two rambunctious kids, who could be loud in the back corner without disturbing anyone. We spent $80 for 3 adults and two kids, and took leftovers home. Picture is of the leftovers because I was too busy digging in.

I was hungry and went into Inflames at Castle Hill. I ordered a chicken roll and was served by Anthony, he was very hospitable and his service was amazing. He offered me a table to eat at and asked if I wanted a glass of water just for a simple takeaway order. It was also the 2nd day of a religious celebration for me and he wished me the best even though he doesn't celebrate it himself. Anthony's service and kindness is top notch and he makes customers feel welcomed and the roll was tasty as well. Great service and food is always what someone is looking for. Thank you for your kindness Anthony, it's hard to come by these days.

Amazing food and atmosphere! Such a fantastic gem on Old Northern Rd, Castle Hill. Easy assess private parking around the back, near council carpark. THE BEST CHIPS IN THE HILLS!! Chicken is delish and great value! A must try!!
