A hidden gem in Pyrmont! 🇯🇵 Great value Japanese food with excellent quality. The Wagyu Teriyaki Beef Burger ($20) was delicious- juicy wagyu, sweet brioche bun and crispy fries. The king prawn teishoku was impressive, with huge crispy prawns, fresh sashimi, miso soup. Highly recommending this cozy spot near the city! ✨
We had lunch here during working day. We ordered the wagyu teriyaki teishoku and wagyu beef burger. Both are really good. The burger patty is thick and juicy. Teishoku has very good portion of rice, meat, salad and miso soup. Enjoyed it a lot!
The vibe was nice and chill — cozy atmosphere with relaxing background music, which I really liked. The food was okay, nothing too special but decent. However, the restaurant was super crowded and quite narrow, especially during dinner time on a Friday night. We booked for seven people, but they gave us three tiny tables pushed together, which made it really cramped. It might be fine for two people sitting at a small table, but definitely not suitable for a group or party of six or seven. We were basically squeezing together while trying to eat, and people walking past almost bumped into us multiple times. The main dishes took way too long to come out, and even something simple like a cup of water took forever. The service was friendly, but the wait time was disappointing. I feel like the boss should consider hiring more waitresses or giving the staff better training, because they seemed really overwhelmed and sometimes didn’t understand what we were saying in English. Overall, the atmosphere and music were nice, but the space and service need serious improvement. Probably okay for a couple’s dinner, but not recommended for bigger groups.
cosy little japanese bar，had the set menu，the food is very distinctive includes sashimi with grape and sauce，grill chicken with kimichi sauce. smoke quail eggs were impressive. definitely a good experience for dating.
