I came in tonight with my partner to try the ribs and steak. She ordered the chicken tenders and I ordered the ribs and steak combo it was absolute perfection and I loved the taste.Matilda was so helpful and answered all of my questions, and manager Patience also explained the menu selections really well. For May, they have a Cinco de Mayo special: chicken fajitas for only $28, birria tacos for $21, margaritas all night for $15, and Coronas for $8. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service was great. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Not great value for money at all. Ribs and wings was 1 tiny beef rib. Burger patty was half the size of the bun.
Where to start.... the greeting was poor. It seemed the manger on duty was the one to seat us and we were not impressed. The drinks and order taking were slow. She said she was run off her feet even though there was only 4 tables with people seated. I have to admit the service got better with the young islander girl, she was very nice and polite. The food tasted like it was just heated in a microwave and the fries that were promised to come out with rosemary salt were plain. The wings were cold and my salad had no dressing what so ever. The customer service and dress code from the MOD could certainly use some help. Wearing a hoodie in an establishment like that does not scream professional at all
Had a great schnitty with chili con carne and jalapenos (the amigo schnitzel) and then ate most of my girlfriends food too (California green)
Tonight we had the pleasure of eating some very delicious food at lonestar, not only was the food absolutely amazing but the staff were so friendly, welcoming and sweet, thank you so much for a wonderful time, we will definitely be back soon.
