Fantastic experience. Food was delicious and well priced. Staff were welcoming and service was spot on. We will be back soon 😊
Disappointing experience, even after giving it more than one try. The staff’s attitude feels unwelcoming from the start. Even when the place was empty, we didn’t feel comfortable. They also don’t allow you to bring in any outside drinks, like a smoothie that they don’t sell, regardless of how much you plan to spend… not really smart tbh. I understand it as a policy, but it doesn’t help the customer experience. As for the food, don’t expect an amazing ramen, the “chashu” was just a piece of grilled pork belly, quite tough, and the edamame were undercooked. Overall, too many details that left us disappointed.
Ive got to say, this has to be one of the best Japanese restraunts in the Western Suburbs. The food here is amazing, espically the Ramen, i had the Tonkotsu Cha Shu Ramen and it has become my absolute favourite! I am a big Ramen eater and i got to say that the ramen here is very high quality. The rest of the food is all freshly made, cooked with perfection and care. The staff are always on the move and consistently taking care of customers giving a happy vibe with great service. The vibe of the place appears very classy with fancy lighting giving a warm welcoming feeling. The pricing is a little above the average, so if you are going to eat big expect to pay abit of $$$ but i can say that the pricing is very much worth it! Editing the review 6yrs later. 6yrs later, still amazing 👏 one of the best in the western Suburbs, great work to the team here 👍
Came here a few days ago for my birthday with my partner who suggested this place. Staff were nice, attentive; location easy to find, just outside MacArthur shopping centre. The food was abundant, tasty and good — however the one thing to point out is that the menu online and instore was a little deceiving/false advertisement as the menu online suggested oysters with one of their biggest sashimi dishes however does not have so in stores at all- if it is unavailable, it should also be taken offline. That is the only thing that unfortunately takes away one star however would still recommend this place for a nice dinner/foodie spot
Overpriced and not great food, all our rices were crunchy and seemed like they were left out for far too long. All the dishes tasted stale and were definitely not worth the price at all. The service and staff were all good and friendly at least
