Great Malatang experience at Mama Tang Cabramatta. This is my go-to spot whenever I'm craving malatang. The Spicy Mama broth is my favourite, rich, flavourful and perfectly balanced without being overpowering. I love being able to choose my own ingredients and there was a great selection of fresh meats, seafood, vegetables and noodles. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was clean, and my order was ready surprisingly fast. After reading some previous reviews, I can honestly say I didn't experience any issues with cleanliness during my visit. Overall,great food, excellent service and a satisfying meal. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

When I’m unsure what to eat in Cabramatta this place is where I can go. Fresh and Good flavors, good hygiene. Surprisingly they’re offering friendly and good customer service by young employees which I don’t see much and expect from young staffs. Really love their Sour Nana soup base, the best👍🏻

amazing place, love it! the food is yummy and fire 😍😍 especially the beef broth and the spicy ma soup base are must tries!! the food also came out quick! love the options of things to put in my bowl too! ✌️ plz eat here and show some love!!

Tried Mama Tang for the first time and wow — I was blown away! The clear papa broth was so nourishing and delicate, almost like Cambodian clear noodle soup or Vietnamese Hu Tie, but with a unique twist. I loved being able to pick my own ingredients, and everything tasted so fresh and clean. It was so good I even grabbed takeaway for my wife — she loves Cambodian noodles and absolutely enjoyed it too. Staff were friendly and the whole experience was great. Definitely a must-try if you’re in the area!

extremely annoying and bad service. had been waiting for my food for over half an hour during a quiet hour. it was quite literally empty i had been waiting for close to 30 minutes and tried to be patient until a larger number of people who came after me were getting their food first. i assumed it was fair that they would prioritise those eating in verses those eating out considering how i paid over $30 for my dish. youd think some form or care went into the service. turns out the staff were busy having fun and didnt press my buzzer leaving it on the counter for who knows how long. when i asked how long it had been at the counter, they said about 5 minutes and proceeded to joke in vietnamese to "play innocent as if you dont know anything". yeah i understand vietnamese too 😊 no offer to reheat or anything, thanks for the mild temperature food regardless, thats the last time ill be returning here edit: seems like management had initially reached out to me to offer a solution by replying to my review but have since revoked it. shame since it was nice to see some accountability only for them to have back peddled
