The food is bland, the service takes too long and is very unprofessional. If the price was reasonable, I wouldn't say it, but this price is also expensive, plus they share rooms and share a karaoke system. If one room can sing, the outside room cannot.
This stands as the most disappointing and poorly managed dining experience I’ve ever had. Our family with over 20 people came here to celebrate our grandmas birthday. After waiting over 90 minutes we had only received 6/17 dishes we ordered which didn’t taste great and to make matters worse, the size portions were extremely tiny. While waiting patiently, other customers were highly prioritised by staff when they were causing an unbearable amount of noise, leaving us overstimulated, irritated and deaf. The environment was horrible and extremely crammed. Our 2 year old had to step outside and it wasn’t to our surprise where we saw a group of children doing the exact same thing. We politely approached with clear, direct instructions to the waiter that we would like to see a manager to cancel the rest of our order. Without any words, she gave us a disgusted look and completely dismissed us. Our request could’ve easily been taken care of but it took over 20 MINUTES to seek help from ALL staff. To top it all off, they were extremely rude, unprofessional and had no urgency to take care of our situation which is completely unacceptable. After 2 dreadful hours, they finally let us pay for the 6 dishes that were served which totalled to $250. Completely overpriced for how tiny they were. While paying, the staff were unapologetic and didn’t even try to compensate. I would give 0 stars if I could. Would highly recommend this place if you’d like to starve.
Worst dinner experience I’ve ever had. We had booked this place for our grandmas birthday celebration, yet received the worst service and communication from the staff. The dishes came out 1 by 1 and we had a massive party of 20 people. How does this make sense? Not to mention the portion sizes were genuinely tiny. 1 hour after ordering and only 3 of the 10 dishes we ordered had arrived, all demolished within 5 minutes because we were that hungry. Upon complaint to the staff, they insisted that the dishes were mid way cooking and borderline refused to just let us pay for the food we had received and leave. Only slightly good thing about this place was the lovely younger female worker who tried to accommodate. Never recommend to anyone.
Mui Ne serves incredibly fresh and delicious Vietnamese seafood. The lobster and crab were coated in a rich, flavourful sauce and were plump, sweet, and perfectly cooked. The abalone and pipis were also standout dishes—fresh, tender, and full of flavour. Highly recommend!
Spent $250 for 6 dishes that were so extremely tiny. After 90 minutes only 6 dishes came out of the 17 we ordered. Unbelievable. The food was bad. The environment was loud, disturbing, overwhelming and overstimulating. Never, ever again. Please don’t go
