Food and service is amazing and by looking at the price. We ordered the wrong side dish, but the manager still gave us the sides for free. Will definitely come back here again!

Life changing. I have never felt the level of care this Nando’s provided in my life, and I’ve been in the hospital 5 times. Food Excellent. Service Exquisite. Atmosphere Entertaining. It gets the 3 E’s. Louis took care of my possy and hooked us up with some complimentary wings. He’s the best! Will definitely return!

Absolutely unacceptable service. The waiters were shockingly rude and completely unprofessional from the moment we arrived. We came before closing time, yet they flat-out refused to take our full order. We asked for 3 full chickens for 6 people, and they arrogantly decided on our behalf that they would only serve 2, claiming it would “take too long.” And then the biggest issue: the chicken wasn’t even properly cooked. For a place that specialises in chicken, serving undercooked food is not just embarrassing — it’s a serious health concern. On top of that, they couldn’t even fulfil a basic request like cutting the chicken into smaller pieces — something that requires minimal effort. Instead of explaining politely, they spoke to us with attitude, impatience, and zero respect while taking the order and serving the food. If you don’t want to serve customers properly, don’t let them in. Paying customers deserve basic courtesy, not hostility and excuses. This place seriously needs to train its staff on how to treat people. Worst service experience in a long time.

I visited Nando’s today and had an absolutely outstanding experience. The food was incredibly delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, but what truly made my visit exceptional was the top-quality service. A special mention to one of the staff members, Raja—his hospitality was truly impressive. He was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable. It’s rare to come across such excellent customer service. Raja genuinely made my visit memorable and enjoyable. I truly appreciate his effort and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! 👍
