Hands down the best Nando's experience I’ve ever had! Having eaten at locations in Singapore and Malaysia, this spot blows them out of the water. The chicken was cooked to absolute perfection with a rich, smoky barbecue flavor, and the free drink refills were a fantastic bonus. The staff were also incredibly friendly. The only downside is the mandatory QR code ordering system, which can be very confusing and annoying if you are using a tourist eSIM. I would easily give this a 5-star rating if they allowed guests to order the old-fashioned way, but it is still highly recommended and worth the trip!
Had an excellent family dinner here! Food and service were both great. It was my first time, and I will definitely be back. Huge thanks to Sumit for his amazing service—he was so quick to clean our table for us and showed genuine kindness throughout. Great experience!
I went to Nando's with my partner. We were served by Maria who was very polite. She showed us to our seats and had very great customer services. The atmosphere was so tranquil and the soft Swahili music soothed us. The restaurant was spotless and our food did not take long to be served. The food was so good 100000/10. The bbq chicken was so juicy and fingerlicking. We had sweet potato fries on the side which were a ten over ten. Overall, loooooooooooooove it. My phone camera did not do justice to the food. Highly recommend.
The atmosphere at Nando’s Blacktown is second to none! The vibe is fantastic, the food was outstanding, and it was easily the best-cooked chicken I’ve had at any Nando’s. The customer service was exceptional as well. Maria made us feel right at home, checking in to make sure our meals were perfect and that we had everything we needed. Her genuine care and friendly attitude made the whole experience even better, she’s very passionate about the quality of the food and customers experience, I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Nancy and I visited Nando’s Blacktown, and from the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome. Maria greeted us with a warm smile and helped us to our table. When I went to order, the staff member who took our order was exceptional, making sure everything was prepared exactly the way we wanted. While we were enjoying our meal, I couldn’t help but notice Maria. She was constantly smiling, checking on customers, and working with such a positive attitude. When she came over to make sure everything was okay with our meal, I just had to tell her how much I admired the way she carried herself. She was so bubbly, friendly, and genuinely happy it really made our dining experience even better. We left Nando’s full, with leftovers to take home and smiles on our faces. A big thank you to the entire team at Nando’s Blacktown, especially Maria, for the outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back the next time Nancy and I are in Sydney. Highly recommended!
