The quality of the crockery has improved a lot. They have added "Make it plant based ". Earlier we used to carry vegan food for other family members. Felt I need deep pockets now the price has escalated from 21 $ for ,whole peri peri chicken, when I came in my last visit to 28 $ now. More hygienic and aesthetically better.

Overall very good, we come here often and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Chicken so much better than Oporto and the wraps the manager makes for our dietary requirement is super courteous and delicious. Thanks guys. Probably should have taken a photo before we ate….

I don’t usually write reviews because I don’t see the need to but on a night where Nandos was the only restaurant open in Westfield, they fed 100’s of people and despite the 40+ minute wait, the young man out the front handling the orders was extremely apologetic to every table he went to. Considering there were 30 tables full and I saw 10 uber drivers waiting for deliveries, the wait was extremely justified! The food was well worth the wait and I can’t wait to return (hopefully when it’s a little quieter) and eat again. Well done Nandos, you handled an extremely busy period really well and your staff need some recognition 👍

The chicken was cooked reasonably well but the broccoli looked rushed as it lacked the char. The unlimited refills for soft drinks was a plus. Service was lacking though with many uncleared tables full of dirty plates and food scraps on the floor.

Always delicious and tasty chicken. And that's from my 8 year old, who is picky with her food. Highly recommend
