Really impressed with this Nando’s! The place was absolutely spotless, and the whole team were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were greeted by two staff members as soon as we walked in, despite them being busy, and every staff member we interacted with afterwards was just as friendly. Everyone looked immaculate and the attention to cleanliness was excellent. As soon as customers left, the staff would say goodbye and promptly clean and reset the table. It was really noticeable how much pride the team took in the restaurant and their service. The staff were genuinely amazing and should be commended for the effort they put in, it made the whole experience feel really positive. And of course, the food was great too! Definitely one of the better Nando’s experiences I’ve had. Great job to the whole team!

Went in for lunch and ordered the full chicken with two sides (chips and garlic bread). Chicken was moist and flavourful, chips were nice but I would have loved for them to be crunchier. The garlic bread was delicious. Customer service was nice and friendly. Food came out in a timely manner. Restaurant was clean with plenty of seating available. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area and feel like chicken and chips.

AMAZING food with a wide variety of delicious flavours. Our server AARON WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING WITH SUCH A FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING VIBE!! Had such an amazing debrief with my best friend and he made it so welcoming and positive with all of his jokes and helpful actions!!

Visited a few days ago and had a generally decent experience. The staff were very kind and welcoming which made a great first impression. The food was well presented. The chicken was tasty but unfortunately only barely warm when it arrived. Chips were a bit too oily for my liking. The main downside was that the table was quite sticky, and I had to wipe it down myself before sitting. A little more attention to cleanliness and food temperature would really lift the experience.

When you’re paying for a burger, you’d think the sauce would be included. I tried asking for a bit more mayo as you can see on my burger it was included on one side, only to be told if I want “extra mayo”, I’d need to pay for it. How Nandos, responsible for selling burgers/chicken/etc considers condiments as additional products when it’s literally meant to be included is beyond me. Anyway, after asking and made to feel like my request was out of order as apparently “the sauce was soaked into the bread”, we simply won’t come back. My other families burgers/wraps weren’t great, but I’m not surprised by their service, but still it’s super disappointing.
