1st experience - weekend lunch buffet- 5 star Biryani, chicken 65 and Marg. Authentic taste. 2nd experience -dinner - dishes from their menu. 0 for butter chicken. It tasted sweet and chicken was uncooked. See my second picture to notice the texture and a piece of hair sticking out in the chicken. Noodles, shami average. Tea also not recommended.

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but this needs to be said for public safety. I recently visited the weekend buffet at Nizam Cuisine Auburn, and unfortunately this is the second time I have become seriously unwell after eating there. Within hours, I experienced severe stomach issues, repeated vomiting/diarrhea, dehydration, and had to remain on bed rest for nearly 2–3 days. Even medication and antibiotics took time to help. What concerns me even more is that it was not just me — a few friends who dined with me also experienced similar stomach issues and loose motions afterwards. That is the main reason I felt compelled to raise this concern publicly, as it does not appear to be an isolated incident. A buffet is supposed to attract families and customers with confidence, but food hygiene, freshness, and proper food handling are absolutely critical. What I experienced was extremely concerning and honestly one of the worst food-related experiences I’ve had in Sydney. I strongly urge the restaurant management and local food safety authorities to properly inspect the food handling, storage temperatures, buffet rotation practices, and overall hygiene standards before more people become sick. I would advise others to be cautious, especially with the weekend buffet items. This review is based purely on my personal experience and observations, which unfortunately have now occurred more than once.

Myself and 4 others we went to Nizam's Cuisine on the 4th of July.Alhumdulillah wa Shukr everyone enjoyed the delicious buffet. Food was very tasty especially,Mutton Biryani, chicken 65,dum ka chicken and mouth watering haleem. Gulab jamun was absolutely gulabilicious!!! Very friendly owner,I highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

The food here is delicious. I’ve tried many Hyderabad restaurants but this one is top-notch. The taste is excellent and the staff are incredibly friendly. The portions are generous too. I ordered a platter with four starters and a bucket of mutton biryani, haleem and chicken 65 biryani. I couldn’t fault a single dish. They were very generous with the food. I’ll definitely recommend this restaurant

We had heard a lot about this place from Insta however place didn’t live up to expectations at all.. very average food and service.. we had ordered Nizam premium plate and chicken malai tikka.. the entire spread was just okay.. price wise it’s similar to all of Auburn but the quality at other places is quite decent. Service was a bit slow for liking and definitely food wise it’s a low. There is parking available on street parking and lots of small streets where you can park and walk. The interiors are nice and the seats are are really nice!
