Absolutely delicious Chinese. Big statement: possible the best Chinese I’ve had in years in Sydney. The deep fried sweet and sour pork was on every table so we ordered it too and soon knew why. The most flavourful tender fried pork in the lightest tangy slightly sweet sauce. Don’t miss the eggplant potatoes and capsicum too!

Authentic Northeastern Chinese hospitality and dishes. Large serving sizes. Gives off hole in the wall vibes on a larger scale. It’s not fancy but definitely worthy.

One of the best authentic Chinese food in Sydney. Spot on Northeastern Chinese and Sichuan style dishes. In the last 3 months I've probably come back and ordered their 锅包肉 (Guo Bao Rou) 7 or 8 times. And you can bet I'll be back again for more.

This place serves simple, classic, and authentic Chinese comfort food, specialising in Sichuan cuisine. It’s often packed with Chinese diners—always a good sign if you’re looking for genuinely good Chinese food. The space is small, the staff are friendly but clearly understaffed, and there’s little atmosphere to speak of. Most customers come, eat, and leave quickly. That said, it’s usually full because the food truly speaks for itself. Portions are generous, and the cumin beef is a standout—I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes. In short, if you care more about great food than ambience, this place is well worth a visit. But if dining atmosphere matters to you, this may not be the spot.

Very popular restaurant. We had to share a table because it was so busy! The food was delicious. We ordered Eggplant with Potato and Cups, Sweet & Sour Crispy Pork, and Jelly Salad. I especially loved the first two. They are super flavorful and authentic. The owner was also very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place l'd come back to!
