We had a lovely lunch at PappaRich Macarthur Square. My daughter and I really enjoyed the experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, taking the time to guide me through the menu and make sure I chose dishes that suited my taste. The menu itself was clear and easy to follow, and their recommendations were spot on. The food was beautifully presented, tasted delicious, and everything looked fresh and well prepared. We truly enjoyed our meal and would absolutely recommend dining here.
I recently visited PappaRich and ordered the Roti Canai with Homemade Tandoori Chicken — it was absolutely fabulous! The roti was soft, flaky, and perfectly cooked. The tandoori chicken, an Indian-style roasted chicken, was full of flavour and paired beautifully with the raita, sambal, and a wedge of lime. Although the chicken itself was a little dry, the sauces complemented it perfectly. For my drink, I had the Mango Lychee, which was incredibly refreshing — an ice-blended mango drink topped with watermelon balls, coconut jelly, and lychee. A perfect match to the meal! Overall, I was very happy with the food quality and presentation. I’ll definitely be going back to try more dishes from their menu. Highly recommended!
⭐ 1 star Came in n ordered 5:45pm when the restaurant wasn’t busy, but still had to wait about 25 minutes for the food. The table wasn’t set — not enough cutlery or napkins provided. The food itself was quite bland and tasted like it was made from frozen ingredients. Unfortunately, this was my first and last visit.
Delicious food! I was surprised how good! And the roti is so fresh and delicious! Only tiny little negative feedback would be that I was just about to order online using the table QR code when the lady came out and told us to order inside, so I went and lined up and ordered, only to find out that online ordering was working just fine. That was strange but anyway, the food was great and that’s the main thing.
We came and we sat then they took our order okay? Then they did not even give us any cutlery or a water jug… WE HAD TO ASK WHILST EVERYONE ELSE WAS BEING SERVED A JUG… The food was so flavourless and bland. The satay chicken that was served was still PINK RAW… DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NENE CHICKEN IS BETTER
