Pho Saigon in Cabramatta is a must try if all the other popular places are taken. Anyone who knows Cabramatta knows how busy it gets, especially on a weekend lunch, so finding a spot that delivers on food, service and space is a real win. The pork chop with rice was so darn good. It was full of flavour and cooked just right, the kind of dish that leaves you wanting another plate. The crispy skin chicken rice was great as well, with that perfect crunch on the skin and tender meat underneath. What stood out most was how fresh everything tasted. Nothing felt rushed or thrown together, just quality food done properly. On top of that the service was fast, which is no small feat given how packed the place was. The real kicker was that they managed to seat our huge group during a busy weekend lunch rush in Cabramatta. If you have ever tried to find seats for a big crowd around here on a weekend, you know exactly how impressive that is. If you are in Cabramatta and after a proper feed, do not miss Pho Saigon. Great food, quick service and room for the whole crew. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
This place is always busy when we visit Cabramatta. Thought we give it a go. Young male took our orders, forgot to give us water or tea. He brought us the wrong order but ensured me it wasn’t, although the food was good, tasty. I’ve had better. Owner needs to get more staff, so their employees aren’t run off their feet. Iced Coffee came as my hubby almost finished his meal. Perhaps we’ll come again and try other dishes.
If I could give no stars I would !! Over 30 minutes wait for so called fresh meals, Found hair in my brother’s meal and the waitress smirked and said it “just happens” instead of apologising. Completely unhygienic and unprofessional. Food was dry, old and not fresh at all. One of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. Avoid.
Was walking around the market and wanted to give this a try. There was no one waiting for their seats, we walked in with a small group of three. We kindly approached the girls and asked if we could have a table for three given it was not busy and there were multiple vacancies. The staff looked at us and shouted “go outside and wait for your turn.” Meanwhile there was no one waiting outside but us. One of the lady kindly offered us the table but the front staff yelled out: they need to go outside and let other staff organise the table for them (shouted out in Vietnamese). Little did they know that I can also understand and speak the language. We went outside and were offered to a table that was sharing with 5 other people and we were told to go and sit there in the corner. There was no menu offered. Our table was not wiped out so we had to do it ourselves. Eventually staff came to ask if we were ready to order after waving at them several times. We ordered bún đậu mắm tôm, bún riêu, and phở. Cà phê muối, cà phê dừa and cà phê sữa đá. Staff who was taking our orders wasn’t very interested in listening to us. In fact, almost everyone had an attitude. Staff looked like they did not want to be there. It took awhile for our food to order and they forgot one of our order. We waited for ages and when we asked if they had forgotten our food, they said: it was being prepared. I mean Pho would have been an easiest thing to cook as everything would have been prepared. I am a cook myself and have worked in very busy restaurants. Instead of apologising for their mistake, staff basically slammed the bowl of Pho in front of us like as if we were the one at fault. We waited for a very long time and other two meals had already been delivered almost 30min ago and gone cold. Coffees were not freshly brewed but came from sachets and it wasn’t very impressive at all. Overall, quite a disappointing experience. Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 Service: ⭐️/5 Environment: ⭐️⭐️/5 I honestly would consider recommending if the service had been better. Staff should have been more aware of the poor judgments given to customers that are spoken in a different language without being aware that people can also speak and understand. I don’t think I would ever return here. Understanding that this industry is quite competitive and people do look at reviews prior to dining. Hopefully future diners will receive better services and experiences than mine.
Awesome lunch here today could barely move walking out...... Not sure why its rated so low but looking at the people reviewing its mainly a service issue 🤔 which is ridiculous as its so damn busy just get up and ask...... Betel leaf with pork DIY wraps was amazingly good really good favours with all the usual sides lettuce mint peanut noodle etc..... so good wrapped up and dipped in sauce.... the i think bun cha ??? Pork belly meatball soup broth was soooo delicious the broth was amazingly good and so much depth!!! Crab DIY we couldn't eat as it had prawn aswell which we have allergy too.... quite oily.... Now that delicious pork chop was so tender and tasty we smashed it.... Supa busy so get in and out..... Definitely go again.....
