Welcome to bw pho vien!! We went to Ashfield for years, can’t count how many times. Obviously, this spot is amazing! 1️⃣Spicy nutty beef pho 🍜 🥜is always my pick especially for winter, sometimes southern style salad pho if the weather gets hot, but I don’t think bw has any pork dishes. 2️⃣And fried chicken rice🍗 🍛is always another pick, crispy skin and sweet spicy sauce is awesome! 3️⃣Special pho is for non-spicy choices, the soup is great and light. Just a little pity that they only have beef, raw beef and beef ball. What I’m looking for are beef tendon and beef tripe, same as spicy nutty..🥹 The flavor is the best no doubts! Give it a try and you’ll be back. ps:The first pic is from bw, following the old ones. As getting used to dine in there, quit shooting for a while haha
Love the pho and their broth here. This is so far the best in Sydney I have tried for pho and bun bo hue. A must try Is the special pho and the bun Bo hue is to die for. Highly recommend
Great spot for authentic Pho. We had the Special Pho and Bun Bo Hue (spicy). Order the hotpot if you come in group. Best value for money.
Loved the ambiance and food was good. I think a bit pricier sides but good quality. 100% recommended.
We regularly go to Pho Vien’s original store in Ashfield. So we were glad to see them opening a branch in Burwood. Definitely a newer atmosphere than the Ashfield restaurant. The taste of the pho is still there. Clean and flavourful broth. Good sized servings. There’s an outdoor area at the front for those interested. A good addition to Burwood’s dining scene.
