A nice homey pho restaurant a little away from most of the hustle and bustle of Cabramatta. Small pho with rare beef ($14) was great - the portion is plenty big, the beef is lean and flavourful, there's plenty of herbs and beansprouts. The beansprouts come cooked by default and although I'd normally ask for raw if given the choice, when they were cooked I was able to eat more. The broth leans a little more towards the salty side compared to most sweet Southern-style phos and I quite liked that. The combination broken rice comes on a giant plate for $18 - while the pork chop has quite a large fat cap, it and all the elements are tasty, especially the cha trung (egg meat loaf).

Pho XOXO surprised me in a good way. The spicy beef noodle soup hits the spot — plenty of flavour and just enough heat to keep things interesting without blowing your head off. The pork chop rice is solid too: simple, tasty, and exactly what you want from a Vietnamese comfort dish. The space itself is a bit tight. You’re not packed in like sardines, but you definitely notice the lack of elbow room. On the flip side, the air con is working overtime, which is a blessing in Sydney heat. Staff were friendly and on the ball, no attitude, no fuss. The place is easy to find, sitting right across from the multistory carpark, so parking isn’t a drama. If you’re after good food and don’t mind slightly cramped seating, it’s worth a stop. If ambience is a big deal to you, you might nitpick — but honestly, the food carries it.

Lunch time, always full with people eating and lucky I got a seat. Order combination pho, and absolutely loved 😍

Don’t be fooled by appearances from the outside, Pho XOXO looks like just another spot on Cabramatta’s crowded strip. Step inside, though, and you’ll find one of my new favourite bowls of pho in the neighbourhood. Now, let’s be honest everyone’s got their go-to pho joint, the same way you’ve got a coffee shop you’d never cheat on. Switching loyalties feels almost scandalous. But Pho XOXO makes a strong case: the broth arrives piping hot, the beef is tender enough to win over the toughest critic, and the whole place has that comforting, home cooked vibe. It’s pho with personality and yes, this one definitely earns my hugs and kisses.

Hidden Gem 💎 ✨️, the broth = beautiful! Flavoursome, hearty, fresh and comforting. Quaint and cute venue opposite the Dutton Carpark Complex, food comes out fast and piping hot. Love all the condiments that can be added and service is lovely from the owners. I try to get in early on a Saturday (early lunch at 9am 🍲😋) place does get full but worth the hassle of great food! Please do try if in the area, you will not be disappointed- great food, at great prices.
