First time visit. Food was tasty, had a great weekend night. Definitely will back
They were so lovely and accommodating.. I asked for Kashmiri on my rice with cashews and butter- off the menus and they were more than happy to make sure I got the dish I was hoping for.. the girls were so sweet. The meal was scrumptious and even though we arrived near close.. they elwelcibe. Us and provided top tier service and experience for be and my dear friend :)
We do visit the restaurant being a local. The girl at the front counter was well aware of my order and charged me more for the 2x masala lemonade. When I pointed out, she said I ordered it separately 🤔🤔 and charged me $2 extra . I paid it it full even when the owner tried to refund the same . It is the ethics and principal behind what I raised ….they lost a local advocate and a person who would recommend the business. Attached my bill and please have a look at the “ 2 x masala lemonade price - $5.90 / $9.90 for 2 . Hope the owner trains the front staff about the service / client experience !
This was our first time at Punjabi Paradise. They did not disappoint. Our meal was delicious!. There was also a lot of Gluten Free options for my Coeliac Husband. Will definitely be back.
First Experience Great food and a lovely first experience at Punjabi Paradise. We tried the tandoori chicken, which was really good and well cooked. The roti was fresh and soft. The biryani was more of a pulao style, but still tasty and enjoyable. The highlight for us was the kadhai chicken gravy — absolutely amazing. The goat curry was good too, with nice flavour. A special mention to Harpreet, who was amazing and took great care of us- friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Overall, a satisfying meal and a place worth visiting again
