Visited Rashays recently and had mixed feelings about the experience. Unfortunately, the bruschetta lacked flavour and tasted quite bitter 😕 It also didn’t feel fresh at all, which was disappointing. The pizza was very doughy and heavy 🍕 and not as enjoyable as expected. The pasta was okay, nothing special, just average 🍝 On a positive note, the breakfast plate was good and probably the highlight of the meal 👍🍳 Overall, they really need to work on improving the taste and freshness of the food. A bit disappointed this time 😔 Hope to see better consistency next time.
Absolutely outstanding service from Marwan at Rashays! From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. He handled taking our orders and working the till so quickly and smoothly while still making us feel welcomed and looked after. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made the whole experience even better. Rashays is lucky to have someone as hardworking and attentive as Marwan. Will definitely be back!

Had a pleasant experience dining at Rashays liverpool. We were served by Bessima and she was lovely. The rest of the staff also provided amazing service. Would love to come here again.
