From the moment we walked in. Staff avoiding us. There were only a few tables in the restaurant and yet it took almost an hour for our food and drinks to come out. More than 25 min wait on the drinks and they didn’t even come out together. Ended up cancelling one of our drinks on top of that. By time the food did come out we packed it in takeaway containers as soon as it hit the table. The guy running the front of house has 0 customer service skills. He won’t even talk to you at least the young boy who was running the food apologised for the wait but the other guy dressed in black, maybe customer service isn’t for you. The bathrooms are BEYOND filthy. You can see the dirt climbing up the walls. I’m sure they picked up that we were unhappy when we went to pay and instead of any apology or acknowledgment. They just pretend like they don’t see you standing there. Again, there’s no line in front of me. They’ve made eye contact and know I’m standing there. Mans is playing on his phone near the coffee machine instead of acknowledging me. Just rude service, overly priced food and a dirty restaurant. $95 in this economy for a really shitty service. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else
Has an outdoors and indoors diner,a playground and a quiet, silent kind service, kids menu is just good for your kids. And very affordable, better than McDonald’s or subway. KFC can be a little better to be honest. It has free WiFi and shipping.
Thursday 19th March! We sat down at 7pm & ordered at 7:20pm, we didn’t get our food til 8:30pm and when the food came out it was burnt (chicken parmigiana), the chicken schnitzel was over cooked. The waiters had an attitude and were stressed cause their dishwashing machine wasn’t working! The food wasn’t worth the price, expensive for nothing!
got a steak. asked for medium rare, came out more blue than anything and tasted like chemicals. tried to ask a question and got fully ignored by our server. would understand somewhat if it was busy but we are the only ones here. not coming back this place is shocking.
I was looking for somewhere for breakfast I walked in and I sat down on the chair. I was looking at the TVs and then one of the staff walked up to me and said would you like a menu I said yes that would be nice. I had a look through the menu well it was great. I ordered the big breakfast and the milkshake as you can see in the photos it was really nice and I quite enjoyed it. I was looked after so well thank you and I would highly recommend calling in and having something to eat. The atmosphere is great. The food is terrific. Thank you from michael.
