Great night with amazing food and the wine list was extensive. From the moment we sat down it was an explosion to our senses. Every course was well thought out and we did not leave hungry. Congrats to the team forna wonderful night.

A hidden gem - highly recommend this restaurant in Darlinghurst. Modern Australian dishes with creative combinations to pay homage to his home town, Hong Kong. Restaurant is intimate with 10 seats. Chef Zac is very passionate about his food and shares a story about each course. "Ka" stands for Family in Cantonese which is how you feel as soon as you walk in the door. We also had the matching wine pairing with our food. If you enjoy fine dining with a twist, pay a visit to Restaurant Ka - you won't be disappointed.

My partner booked restaurant Ka for celebrating my birthday. We absolutely had an amazing experience here! felt so welcome and cozy just like coming to visit friend's house. Great service, delicious food, and well presented. 5 stars for the chef and highly recommend for any special occasions!

Had a wonderful dining experience here. Zac's attention to detail is impeccable. The snacks (tartare, chicken liver parfait, paradise prawn spring roll) were all so tasty and intricately made. The Port Lincoln calamari with burnt shallot and ink is simply wonderful in taste and presentation. Typically not a fan of calamari, but didn't know it could be made to taste like this! The Southern rock lobster with white asparagus and radish was buttery and succulent and cooked to perfection. It was wonderful that the lobster was the highlight of the dish. The toothfish with XO butter and Kiwami wagyu and both our deserts were all very tasty. The establishment itself is a hidden gem - it doesn't have a big entrance sign or advertising and it's kind of tucked away in plain sight like the telephone booth entrance to the Leaky Cauldron in Harry Potter. But it is an elegant dining space that has an intimate feel to it. Besides this, the care and thoughtfulness put into our dishes was obvious even to our layperson eyes.
