It’s a training school for up And coming hospitality staff. Really professionally done and be forgiving of the small hiccups: Food is excellent. Fresh and abundant with value for money. Service can be clinical as they are learning and getting into the rhythm. It is friendly, and they need to relax more to just enjoy themselves. Atmosphere is pleasant and well set up. Perfect spot for a long lunch and great value for money:

It felt great being part of the students’ learning experience. Everyone was attentive, careful & working at at their best, which made the service extra special. The food was outstanding: not only was it delicious, but it was presented artistically & you could see & taste the love with which it was made. The space was attractive & the ambience was quiet & relaxing. The meal was excellent value for money. We’ll be in the queue for the next one!

Afternoon tea prepared & served by students of the William Angliss catering school - a top notch experience. Meals are served to the public towards the end of each term & if you ate fortunate enough to score a reservation- you are in for an enjoyable experience. Other than a few nerves, the students performed brilliantly & service was 5 star. The tea & food was excellent & plentiful. Terrific value for money. Reservations are required. I will be back for their lunch & dinner service!

Affordable, smart casual dining at Rubric Restaurant. It is open to the public for lunch and gives hospitality vocational students the chance to learn upmarket culinary skills and hospitality service standards in a live environment. Portions are generous, beautifully presented and served with a friendly smile.
