Probs we came in during peak dinner time or the chefs putting enough love on our dish? Or we ordered a lot.. 1st time we dined here last night foods well seasoned and good big portion. Its inside RSL so its a casual vibe. Weve ordered a total of 11 dishes not on pic are the lamb shank, beef burger, chix satay, prawn & chorizo pasta, cheesy garloc bread, creamy prawns
We regularly visit this restaurant and every single time we have never been disappointed. The stir-fried Singapore noodles and Seafood combination hot pot are heavenly tasty. The staff are amazing especially Imade the Manager, Neo and Jason. The restaurant ambience is both cosy and the deco is quite tasteful and functional. Highly recommend for great atmosphere, fantastic food and service .
A double birthday celebration at Sage Restaurant was the perfect choice for our big family gathering today. Seventeen of us , young and old, enjoyed what has become our usual experience here, great service and excellent food. Jason was a cheerful and attentive server, while Natasha looked after the wine and drinks with ease. Our group ordered a wide variety of meals, from burgers, prawn dishes, kids’ meals, curries, souvlaki, Pad Thai, schnitzels, vegetables, lamb and more. You name it, Sage has it! The children’s playroom for the little ones was a big hit! All meals arrived together with perfect coordination. Seriously good food and effortless service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars from our family, we’ll be back!
Had lunch at Sage 2160. Ordered seafood chowder and Lamb shank, which was nice. Also ordered Mac n cheese (as printed on the menu) it's actually Mac n cheese bites, which I didn't realise till I ordered it and asked the guy where's the mac n cheese and he said it's deep fried 😂🤦🏾♂️ Seriously this place can be a bit hit n miss.
Sage 2160 is found inside Merrylands RSL Club. There is nice comfortable furniture. And there is a nice play area for the kids next to the place. We ended up here because the line to the buffet was so long. However the food is not too good and not too badly priced. I had the Char Kway Teow which is tasty with big prawns. It's not the best I've ever had but decent.
