What an outstanding dining experience at Salmon & Bear! We chose the Mibrasa Experience banquet, and from the very first bite to the last spoonful of dessert, everything was exceptional. The starters set the tone beautifully. The edamame was fresh and perfectly seasoned, while the calamari was incredibly tender with a light, crisp coating. For the mains, both the salmon and chicken breast were cooked to perfection. The salmon was moist, flaky and full of flavour, while the chicken breast was juicy and beautifully prepared. The accompanying sides were equally impressive. The Brussels sprouts, sweet potato wedges, roasted carrots, and crispy potatoes were outstanding in their own right and complemented the mains perfectly. To finish, the sticky date dessert was the perfect ending to an already memorable meal. Rich, indulgent and absolutely delicious. What truly elevated the evening, however, was the service. A special thank you to Sara and Eliot, who looked after us with genuine warmth, professionalism and attention to detail. Their friendly service made us feel welcome throughout the evening and turned a great meal into a fantastic experience.
The restaurant is closed to the metro station which is so convenient. The venue is cosy with friendly staff and the meals are beautifully prepared. We ordered the banquet meals for our group of 7. Unfortunately a waitress had removed our unfinished bowl of Edamame without asking, and we are too busy at chatting with each other. It’s a full bowl of edamame! It’s too late when we recognised the missing bowl of edamame. What a waste!! Otherwise we all had an awesome time there.
Thanks for your friendly and attentive service for our girls lunch today. All the meals were delicious, well presented and such a wide range of options to chose from on your menu. Catch of the day John Dory and yummy desserts were an highlight! Extra thanks for accommodating the beverage choice request too - very thoughtful! We will be back🙏🏼
10/10, what an incredible experience. The young man who looked after our table made my partner’s birthday feel even more special. Service was fantastic and they treated us with a lovely lemon meringue. The food was incredible, we will definitely be back.
Absolutely incredible dining experience! The food was amazing, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. I ordered the vodka pasta and was already really enjoying it when our waitress came over and mentioned it wasn’t as saucy as it would normally be. Without us saying a thing, she brought out a fresh one for me and then generously removed both dishes from the bill. The first pasta was delicious, but the second one was honestly next level! It was clear the team genuinely cares about the quality of their food and their customers’ experience. Easily some of the best service I’ve ever received. We’ll definitely be back!
