Very disappointing experience. We waited nearly 1.5 hours for just three dishes. The saphale had almost no filling, and the $15 chicken wings were just five tiny pieces made by cutting whole wings in half. The food quality was poor, the portions were small, and the hygiene was disappointing. Definitely won’t be coming back.
Extremely disappointing experience. The environment was dirty and unpleasant, making it uncomfortable to even sit and eat. The service was slow, unprofessional, and staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. The food quality was very poor — it tasted stale, was badly presented, and definitely not worth the price. Overall, a very bad experience from start to finish. I just hope I don’t suffer from gastro after eating there. I would definitely not recommend this place and will not be returning.
This is unacceptable. I ordered food in the middle of the night and paid $36 for wings and chow mein, but what I received was terrible. The wings were extremely small and had a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as I opened the package. I tried a small piece, but the odor was so overwhelming that I vomited. After that, I didn’t even have the courage to try the chow mein, so my money was completely wasted. If I get sick or have any health issues from this, it will be a serious concern
Disappointing - with much of the recommendation from others. Floor had bad Odor - sticky oily menu can see the food stains on every page Staffs are nice - recommended to clean the restaurant properly and good smell the most and upgrade the authenticity of food that used to have before .
What happened to this excellent restaturant. Two years back i would have recommended everyone to try this restaurant. Right now, the food is horrible, and the service is not that great. I had ordered chowmein and momo at around 1pm in the afternoon. Even though there were no customer in the reataruant they took almost 45 min to an hour to complete the order. The food did not had any taste, the egg in the chowmein was too saltt and had to be thrown. A great place before but now i would not recommend this place to anyone.
