The restaurant is small and cozy with efficient service. The food is hit and miss, so really depends on what you order. The beef skewer (1 per plate) was good though not a main meal on its own, so you need a side. The calamari had nice condiments but the texture was chewy. The most disappointing were the dolmades and tuna, very ordinary and two dolmades on a plate. Overall it was an ok experience. I wont comment on price because of location.
One of my favorite restaurants in Sydney! Nico and his team consistently deliver high quality service that is personal, attentive, and hard to find elsewhere. The menu is so creative and unique (as well as delicious), with each plate telling a story. The atmosphere and design of the restaurant is also an absolute vibe. It’s always a pleasure to go to Sefa! Strongly recommend the pasta wheel 🤌🏻 and the wine menu is 🔥
Gorgeous warm social atmosphere. Very friendly and accomodating Italian staff. Food was delicious and great for sharing. Good wine too. Funky modern but rustic decor with small intimate tables for date atmosphere or long communal tables for a festive group environment. Highly recommend!
Such a lovely spot, really warm and inviting and you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. The vibe is relaxed but still feels special Food was amazing and the halloumi was a standout, honestly so good I’d go back just for that Nico the host was the best, super friendly and made us feel really well looked after ❤️ Also worth mentioning the toilets..you need to go only to see them! Really great energy overall, would definitely come back🙌
We went to the opening night of the restaurant under new owners. Inside has been beautifully refreshed and has an amazing and intimate atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive and the new owner Nico is a legend! The new food menu is exceptional and we were blown away by the quality on their opening night! This has been added to our Bondi favourites list!
