I like to order lunch at the salad/grill end of this shop. The staff are friendly and the salmon, pork have been lovely - as was the chicken, avocado salad. The combo for meat and one side was reasonably priced for Barangaroo at $12. It gets busy at lunch times, so try and be there at 12 to beat the crowds.

Ordered their small salad. $8 worth of Avocado and Chicken Salad - and it was a case of spot the chicken and avocado - you can't really call it avocado chicken if you find only two pieces of chicken and two pieces of avocado. I suggest they rename it to lettuce with a hint of avocado and chicken which would be a fairer description. You couldn't tell if it was fresh because the dressing was so acidic that it left a metallic taste in your mouth. Very disappointing - won't be going there again.

This is my favorite salad bar in the city. Quality of options, huge portions and such good value. Service is always warm and friendly.

They have a good range of salads here, I particularly like the seafood salad which is better than the one at the fish shop. Their Mediterranean chicken is delicious, and a medium size box is a big meal. Smoothies are pretty good. Service is pretty quick even with the long lines.

Best and cheapest salad outlet inside ‘The Canteen’. I always have lunch from there. They never cease to amaze me with the quality and promptness of service. However, their counter settings have to improve a bit. Also, they can introduce more meat options in salad. I would recommend this place to any regular visitor.
