Cheap and cheerful BBQ skewer takeaway in Cabramatta. Turn up and choose your skewers from the fridged selection. Choose sauce then take a seat in the crates on John St. Opens till very late. Great for a late night affordable snack.
The food and variety are great but next time please inform customers of a roughly hour-long wait before payment rather than after. I understand it’s busy but I expect some respect and the option to either wait or leave. Also, please check your bill after payment. I noticed a few mistakes when it was busy and was charged for items I didn’t buy. I was lucky to catch it but no apologies were given and I just had to move on. Cheers.
The owners are such nice people! They even invite me to see how they cook the food. Definitely worth to get it from this store!
I tried the roast char siu sticky rice and the taste was quite good. However, there was some confusion with the pricing — I was initially charged $9 even though the menu listed it as $7. It might have just been a misunderstanding, but I’d recommend double-checking the price before ordering to avoid any surprises. Overall, decent food, but service and communication could be improved.
Great for skewers but even better for this sticky rice if you ever catch them during the day! It’s a very generous portion for a very affordable price. Short wait lines and the ladies serve you well and quick. I would recommend their most popular choice because you get to have it with a bit of everything.
