Highly recommend for any special events or celebrations. We had our promising at the QH side and Max was so helpful throughout the entire process - before, during and after the event. The layout was spacious with plenty of dancing space and overall a gorgeous setting, especially the beautiful flower wall that we used as a backdrop for all of our photos. The food was delicious and waiters were attentive to any of our requests. Thank you to Max, his wife, and the staff for their exceptional customer service and helping our event run as smoothly as possible. Couldn’t have imagined a better venue for the event!
the service was extremely bad I have wait more then 40 minutes to get my dishes also the salad and meat were old and very rocky to eat
Such a BAD experience. We were promised the best service and the best experience, none of that. They charged an extra $350 just for the groom and bride set-up. The 10 other venues we went to were already a part of the hall. Not a single venue charged extra or even mentioned it. After the event, they wanted to charge us an extra for supposedly "opening more tables", which was not the case as our tables were not filled, so how were more tables needed? We were told each table would have 23 different types of appetisers, and that was not the case AT ALL. We explained the lighting we wanted, and they didn't bother to change to our requests. THIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED!
